Logo Ideas – Part 1

Are you stuck with the same style of logos or don’t know what other concepts to try next? Here we have a listed a small set of ideas to get your started. Now, most logos do not start with the design style, but with the concept. So I recommend your first step in logo design begins with lots of research and a pen and paper. Research what message the logo needs to deliver and what style will fit the brand best.

Logo design has become a quick business in the web, with many logos being low quality or not specific to the company. Anyone (not just 20 year veterans) can come up with good logos as long as the preliminary work, thought, creativity and details have been put into place.  The more years you have designing logos, the better your logos will become, so if you’re just starting or need some quick ideas download this set and see if you can duplicate various styles with your own concepts. I personally recommend initially designing logos in one or two colors as these will be easier to translate into decals, stamps, signage, t-shirts, etc., not just the web. This set of logos contain very basic ideas for logos: geometric, folded, rounded, basic shape, sharp, swirl, squiggly and 3d.
